The BriefCam Technical Certification Program consists of two parts:
1. Theoretical Training – This training consists of completing the User Training and Admin Training courses on our online Training Portal. These two courses are comprised of videos with a total duration of 3.5 hours. A course is considered complete once all the videos are watched. Completing the Theoretical Training is a prerequisite for attending the live Practical Training sessions.
2. Practical Training – This will be a live training in a group setting and will consist of three sessions (eight hours each), led by an in-person BriefCam trainer. Upon registration and approval for the Practical In-Person training you will receive directions for obtaining credentials for the on-line training portal.
Successful completion of the Theoretical and Practical Training courses certifies attendee for BriefCam Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
