Senior Manager of Global Strategic channels

The Senior Manager of Global Channel Strategic Channels is responsible for the development and execution of BriefCam’s Channel Go to Market Strategy, supporting the company’s business strategy.

Requirements

1.   Develop Channel GTM Strategy

  • Develop and optimize the Channel Partner GTM Strategy, in alignment with the company’s business strategy and business leadership
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Channel Partner Program Manager, and with external experts to optimize the Channel Partner Plan and its best practices for BriefCam’s existing and developing markets.
  • Develop a holistic plan that caters to all stakeholders within the channel partner and their roles, including Sales, Presales, Support & Maintenance, Marketing, Procurement, and Executive Leadership.
  • Develop a global plan, optimized for regional needs.

2.   Work with matrix resources.

  • Together with Sales, define roles and responsibilities of the Channel Partner Manager, working alongside the Analytics Business Managers
  • Identify company resources (technical, presale, marketing) and their interface with the Channel Partner Managers
  • Own the Channel Sales quota and meet or exceed it.

3.      Manage Strategic Channel Partners

-Directly own and manage relationships with select strategic Channel Partners globally

  • Act as the main interface between BriefCam and the Channel Partners
  • Enable and nurture the Channel Partner.
  • Educate the partner on BriefCam’s value proposition, and periodical roadmap updates.
  • Ensure partner meets BriefCam certification KPIs (Sales, Technical)
  • Define Channel Partner Goals and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Develop joint marketing plans with select partners, together with BriefCam’s Marketing Partner Manager
  • Hold joint partner QBRs and ensure visibility to a healthy pipeline towards channel partner quota.
  • Work in unison with ABM to manage Channel conflicts and identify competitive scenarios.
  • Satisfy internal reporting requirements in accordance with BriefCam’s policies and practices.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in channel partners management and Sales.
  • Strong Sales background working with a quota
  • Proven experience in developing Channel Partner Strategy and forming strategic contracts.
  • Proven experience in developing and nurturing long-term relationships with large Distributors and Resellers.
  • Track record of strong sales in technology and IT-related solutions.
  • Strong team-building skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Work with large enterprise accounts.
