National Analytics Sales Manager, West

In support of our vision where video data is widely accessible, usable, and insightful, for a smarter, better world, BriefCam is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for our Enterprise Software Sales West Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve ambitious sales targets. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans and fostering a high-performance culture to drive revenue growth. The candidate needs to be in a major city with a major airport in any of the following states: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, California, Oregon or Washington. This position reports to the Director of Global Specialist Sales, Americas.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of enterprise software sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored software solutions.
  • Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, both integrator and technological partners.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the sales process.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

 


 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

·      Travel: Frequent travel (50%) might be required during the execution of the duties of the National Analytics Sales Manager – Across the Territory (West). Travel outside of the Territory might be required from time to time, including internationally.
